Stephanie is a Provisional Psychologist, based at Thrive Psychology in Albury. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (La Trobe University), a Diploma in Community Services (Alcohol, Other Drugs and Mental Health; Federation Training), a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science (Bond University), Masters in Professional Psychology (The University of New England), and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Stephanie employs a variety of evidence-based treatments to help others achieve their therapy goals including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness. Stephanie is also interested in psychometric testing and loves animals.
Stephanie provides psychological assessment and intervention to adults and children experiencing a diverse range of mental health presentations including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, grief and loss, stress management, relaxation, and other areas of people’s lives. Stephanie believes in a holistic approach to treating psychological problems and is interested in helping others improve their wellbeing, resilience and create a life worth living.
