Skye is a provisional psychologist who is initially from Queensland and has been working with Thrive Psychology Wagga Wagga since 2016. She has a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Griffith University, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the Australian Catholic University. Skye has worked in Workplace Rehabilitation and through this has been responsible for the provision of vocational counselling, vocational assessments and managing psychological injury in the workplace.
Skye has a particular interest in health psychology and assisting people live more meaningful lives. Skye also provides psychological assessment and intervention to adults and children experiencing a broad range of mental health presentations including depression, anxiety, chronic pain, occupational stress, and low self-esteem.
Skye is part of the team at Thrive Psychology Wagga Wagga, and since her commencement with the practice has provided a method of therapeutic intervention for clients which combines Cognitive Behaviour, Acceptance Commitment and Mindfulness therapy techniques.
