B Science (Psychology) (Hons)
Caitlin is a Registered Psychologist who completed a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) (Honours) at the Australian National University. Caitlin has experience helping people work through personal issues, family issues, and supporting people through career transitions and workplace conflict. Caitlin also has experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, and those who have suffered from bullying and harassment.
Caitlin has training in conflict resolution and advanced training in suicide prevention. Caitlin uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and techniques from Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, and Mindfulness with clients. She has a keen interest in assisting people suffering from anxiety and depression, and is client-centred in her approach. Caitlin’s aim is to support her clients to manage their issues independently and achieve their goals.
