Julie is a Registered Psychologist with over 25 years experince working with clients with personal, work and eductional problems. Focusing on a client’s health and wellbeing, Julie assists them to make rational decisions and learn to cope with their life circumstances, to improve their quality of life and live a more rich and meaningful life.

Julie is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society and is a recognised provider of Medicare and WorkCover services. She is based at the Thrive office in Wagga.

Julie’s specialist areas include young people and adults presenting with depression and anxiety, low self esteem, poor communication skills, and relationship problems. Work related issues and career planning advice is also of particular interest. Julie also has clinical expertise working with grief and loss, trauma and stress management.

Therapy involves using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance Commitment and mindfulness therapy techniques.

Along with her broad experience working in a number of workplaces, Julie has extensive academic qualifcations and her current professional development courses enable her to assist clients with a variety of mental health issues and work-education problems including:
